RECENT NEWS AND UPDATES
2010 HANDS-ON
WOODTURNING SYMPOSIUM
The 2010 DWT Hands-on Symposium held on April 9-10-11, 2010 is
in the books. Cindy Drozda, Stuart Batty and Rex Burningham were
excellent demonstrators and everyone attending learned many new
techniques and skills. Cindy demonstrated her signature Lidded Finial boxes, Rex
demonstrated platters and Stuart had an excellent class on the six cuts with
bowl and spindle gouges. Click on the Symposia

and photos from the symposium will be posted soon.
Membership Renewal: 2011 membership
renewals are now being accepted. Annual DWT memberships of $20.00
are due on January 1st of each year. On April 1st members not renewing
were dropped from the membership list. You may send your renewal
to the PO Box address or bring it to the next meeting.
